How EvePics works in 3 steps
- 1Create your event onlineChoose your date, event name and language. You immediately receive a link to access: a guest page (QR code) and a display mode for the screen at the venue.
- 2Show the QR code at the eventOn a TV, projector or monitor, open the display mode: it shows a slideshow of photos and a QR code for guests. They scan it, upload their pictures and see them appear live.
- 3Download everything afterwardsAfter the event you and your guests can download all photos in original quality, or select only your favourites. No manual file collection, no missing memories.
Connect a photo booth or DSLR included
Use our AutoUpload helper (macOS, Linux, Windows) to send photos automatically from a photo booth, DSLR tethering software or watch folder on your computer.
- Create or choose a folder where your booth / software saves final pictures.
- Run AutoUpload on the same computer and paste your event guest URL.
- Select the output folder and (optionally) a name for the pictures.
- Every new file saved there is instantly uploaded to your EvePics guest page.
