How to collect guest photos
EvePics gathers photos taken during the event: a guest link or QR, an optional live display, then a high-quality download.
1. Create the event
Enter the name, date and type (wedding, corporate, party…). You immediately get an admin space and a guest link.
2. Share the QR or link
On site, display mode projects the QR. Guests scan and upload from their phone, with no app to install.
3. Live wall and atmosphere
Photos appear live on the screen. You keep the room lively without collecting the photos one by one.
4. Moderation
Three levels: open publishing, approval before send, or approval before display. Choose what fits the occasion.
5. Download and time windows
After the event, the gallery stays available for the planned window for high-quality download. Exact durations are listed in the FAQ.
